Student Test Agreement

For this Technical Skills Assessment, I have read, understood, and agree to the following requirements:

I will NOT:

  1. Copy, photograph, record, reproduce, distribute, discuss, share, or disclose any test content before, during, or after the assessment.
  2. Exchange information, answers, hints, assistance, or any other form of support with any person during the assessment, except as specifically authorized through a documented accommodation approved by the test administrator(s).
  3. Talk, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with other participants during the assessment.
  4. Access or use unauthorized information, materials, notes, resources, references, websites, applications, files, artificial intelligence (AI) tools or services, or any other source of assistance during the assessment.
  5. Use any personal electronic device, including but not limited to cell phones, smartwatches, smart glasses, tablets, headphones, earbuds, or similar technology.
  6. Engage in any form of cheating, impersonation, or other dishonest conduct.

Statement of Understanding

  1. All answers submitted during this assessment must be my own and completed without unauthorized assistance.
  2. I may use only the test-integrated calculator (or a standard calculator without internet capabilities) and the pencil and paper provided for computations.
  3. Assessment content is confidential and may not be shared with others before, during, or after the assessment.
  4. Failure to comply with any assessment requirement may result in invalidation of assessment results, denial or revocation of certification, disqualification from future testing opportunities, and/or district disciplinary action.
  5. By beginning the assessment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with these requirements.
